Do you have financial questions you need answered? We are here to help! The Asset Building Coalition of Mason County will host the 4th annual Super Saturday Financial Information Fair at the Shelton Timberland Regional Library on February 4th from 10:30am-2:30pm. This event is free and open to the public. Free snacks and door prizes will be given away. Information will be available regarding college student financial aid (FAFSA), credit repair, home ownership options, banking services, ideas for self-employment start-up, and more.
Super Saturday participants include The Asset Building Coalition of Mason County, Bank On Mason, WorkSource, Peninsula Credit Union, Columbia Bank, Kitsap Credit Union, Anchor Bank, Community Lifeline, Habitat for Humanity, Enterprise for Equity, Olympic College, Crossroads Housing, Sound Learning, Crime Victim Service Center, and Area Agency on Aging.
Free tax preparation will be available at the Shelton Timberland Regional Library from AARP on a first come, first serve basis.
Information to bring for free tax preparation:
• Social Security cards for each person on tax return.
• Photo Identification.
• All 2016 tax documents and statements of all sources of income.
• Copy of last year’s tax return.
Super Saturday is brought to Mason County through a generous grant from The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound.
